Jason is a seasoned professional in the credit markets with 20 years of experience, specializing in restructuring, corporate liability management, and structured credit solutions. A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Jason brings a unique analytical mindset honed through rigorous engineering principles to the complexities of financial markets. Throughout his career, Jason has excelled as both a public and private portfolio manager. His expertise extends to crafting bespoke structured credit solutions that align with evolving market dynamics.

James Sheridan

James actively drives the firm’s operational value creation efforts, with a mandate to extend strategic reach and capitalize on disruptive opportunities that transcend the existing business.
James is a former Senior Operations Executive at three publicly traded companies and co-led McKinsey’s North American Procurement & Supply Chain Practice. Currently a Board Director at Innoviz Technologies, he is recognized for rapid problem diagnosis and the ability to drive immediate value creation across a wide range of industries.

Steven Van Camp

Steven architects the firm’s global investment strategy. He oversees the full deal lifecycle, with a distinct focus on operational value creation—specifically unlocking potential in highly complex situations.
Steven is a hands-on Operating Partner, Interim CEO, and Board Director with 20 years of experience, including leadership roles at an LA-based middle-market PE firm and McKinsey’s RTS unit. While anchored in the consumer and industrial sectors, his track record spans diverse industries, ranging from bankruptcy to good-to-great transformations. Steven assumes C-level mandates to drive value beyond financial engineering by rethinking operating models to address root causes of underperformance. He leverages strong pattern recognition and an engineering mindset to deconstruct complex problems and architect full-potential performance.

Bill Angeloni

Bill anchors the firm’s capital markets expertise and operational transformation capabilities, with a mandate to architect bespoke financing structures while embedding hands-on execution leadership that bridges the gap between distressed capital and operational reality.
Bill is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience spanning aerospace, supply chain technology, and management consulting. He served as President and CEO of Exostar LLC, a joint venture between aerospace giants BAE Systems, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, and Rolls-Royce, where he was brought in by the board to execute a turnaround after a $100 million investment. Under his leadership, the company tripled revenues in three years, achieved profitability for the first time, and expanded its supplier network to over 40,000 companies across 24 countries—earning recognition from Deloitte and SmartCEO as a leading fast-growth technology company. Bill co-founded C2FO, pioneering working capital markets from corporate accounts payables, where he secured the first $300 billion into the market ecosystem. He also served as a General Manager at FreeMarkets, scaling the Aerospace and Defense business unit from $1 million to nearly $200 million in three years before its acquisition by Ariba. Bill is currently Founder and Managing Director – Europe at Tenzing Consulting, where he leads operational excellence initiatives for clients globally, with particular depth in the Aerospace and Defense sectors.
Bill combines an engineering mindset—honed through his B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy—with strategic capital markets acumen developed through his MBA in Finance and International Business from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He has worked in nearly 40 countries and was elected to the Board of Governors for the Aerospace Industries Association in recognition of his industry leadership.

Richard Seubert

Richard drives the firm’s operational value creation in complex manufacturing and supply chain environments, with a mandate to architect and execute full-scale transformations that unlock performance in capital-intensive, low-volume production settings.
Richard is a seasoned operations executive and consultant with over 40 years of experience spanning aerospace, automotive, and advanced manufacturing. He served as General Manager of Boeing’s Military Machining Center of Excellence, overseeing 600+ employees and a $100+ million annual operating budget while managing production for both military and commercial programs across a distributed supply chain of dozens of machine shops. As Director of Program Management reporting to Boeing’s EVP of Operations, he led tactical and strategic initiatives including Lean implementation and enterprise-wide operational projects. Richard was selected as a Boeing-sponsored Fellow for MIT’s prestigious Leaders for Manufacturing Program, earning dual Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Operations (MBA) from MIT. He co-founded Vykor, a venture-backed software company serving aerospace and complex product industries, where he served as Chief Customer Officer and COO, raising over $28 million in venture funding while acting as rainmaker to land major OEM clients and lead consulting engagements. Richard founded VKR Solutions and currently leads Ops Partners Consulting Group, delivering strategic supply chain, procurement, and operations consulting to clients across industries. He is also an active Network Expert Member with Tenzing Consulting, providing specialized manufacturing and operations expertise.
Richard combines deep technical engineering expertise—anchored by his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Gonzaga University with minors in Math and Chemistry—with strategic operational leadership developed through MIT’s dual-degree program. His engineering mindset and pattern recognition across aerospace, automotive, and precision manufacturing enable him to deconstruct complex operational challenges and architect sustainable, high-performance solutions.

Dr. John Jamison

Dr. John (Tony) Jamison is the Chief Technology Officer at VirnetX, INC., a cybersecurity zero-trust software company headquartered in Zephyr Cove, Nevada. Prior to joint VirnetX, Tony was the CTO at an AI/ML start-up company, OmniTeq, LLC, which focused on providing advanced predictive analytics for commercial and government verticals to include, bioinformatics, power and energy optimization, and battle management. Before OmniTeq, Tony was a Technical Director at BAE Systems, INC. in the FastLabs R&D directorate, where he was responsible for managing and integrating AI/ML into tactical space programs of record for DARPA and AFRL.
Tony is also a former Naval Intelligence officer having retired from the DIA in 2017 assigned to the CJCS J26 Defense Collection Management directorate at the Pentagon as a Branch Chief for Collections, Analysis, and Special Projects. Prior to DIA, Tony was the senior intelligence officer and Director of Flight Operations Group at the NRO in AS&T where he was the mission manager for four non-operational R&D national security space assets, the program manager for the first small satellite constellation Wolf Pack, and key integrator for automated, AI/ML problem centric orchestrated collection efforts across the IC and DOD on the highly visible program called SENTIENT. Dr. Jamison also served as the Deputy Intelligence Officer N2A at Expeditionary Strike Group Five in Manama, Bahrain; at the Chief of Naval Operations – Intelligence Plot at the Pentagon; at USSTRATCOM’s Center for Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction as the lead intelligence officer for the Middle East and Levant; and at several other tactical and operational Navy and joint commands both as an officer and enlisted.
